Chocolate in its simplest form
Born and raised in Merano, moved to Berlin and London, to work and learn more about chocolate. Now I´m back, running my own business producing handcrafted chocolate from bean to bar.
Located in an alleyway, called the “Ortnerpassage” number 47, in the center of Merano. Simple, straightforward and pure - with only selected ingredients. No emulsifiers, no palm oil and certainly not anything else that you wouldn’t expect to be in there.
That’s it. Chocolate in its simplest form.
58, a simple number but for me it means so much more. It’s happiness, it’s home and now it’s chocolate too.
