Arrival, Departure & more

Arrival:
Rooms are available from 2pm. If you are going to arrive after 8pm please let us know.

Departure:
Rooms must be vacated by 10.30. Thank you.

Free access to our rooftop spa area:
Access only to those over 14 years old.

Pets: 
Four-legged friends are welcomed upon request, however, access to the wellness area and restaurant is not permitted to them.

NEW: Loyalty bonus: 
Our guests are the best you could wish for: always in a good mood, open-minded and relaxed. And given that many of you holiday at the Gloriette not just once but several times a year, we have introduced our loyalty bonus:
3% as of your second stay, 5% as of your third, 7% as of your sixth and for your 10th stay there's a Kitchen Choice menu thrown in! Valid for bookings made for 3 nights or more

Cancellations and refunds: 
Cancellations can be made at no charge up to four weeks before arrival. Up to two weeks before arrival 30% of the total price must be accounted for. Anything less than two weeks before anticipated arrival 80% of the total price must be accounted for. For a cancellation on the day of arrival, late arrival or early departure, the total amount will be charged.

 

City tax: € 3,50 per person per day.  Refunded deposits will be reduced by a processing fee of 20€.

We recommend that you take out trip cancellation protection.
