Rooms are available from 2.30 pm. If you are going to arrive after 8pm please let us know. Rooms must be vacated by 10.30. Thank you.

In November and March, maintenance work may take place on the Rittner Seilbahn, and a replacement bus service will be provided.

Access only to those over 14 years old.

From 1 January 2022, we use a dynamic pricing system.

The local tax is €3.50 per person per day (children under 14 years of age are exempt from paying local tax).

Information for Your Stay with a Dog

We look forward to welcoming you and your four-legged companion! To ensure a comfortable and peaceful stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to observe the following guidelines:

• Room Categories: Please note that dogs are not permitted in all room categories. We will gladly check the availability of a suitable room for you and your dog prior to your arrival.

• Indoor Areas: Indoors, dogs are welcome exclusively in the bistro area. The winter garden, lounge, restaurant, fitness and yoga rooms, as well as the entire wellness area, are off-limits to dogs.

• Terrace & Garden: On our terrace, dogs are allowed strictly in the left section. Dogs are welcome in the garden, but are not permitted directly on the pool deck.

• Leash Requirement: Out of respect for all other guests, we kindly request that you keep your dog on a leash at all times throughout the hotel grounds.

Cancellations can be made at no charge up to four weeks before arrival. Up to two weeks before arrival 30% of the total price must be accounted for. Anything less than two weeks before anticipated arrival 80% of the total price must be accounted for. For a cancellation on the day of arrival, late arrival or early departure, the total amount will be charged.

Refunded deposits will be reduced by a processing fee of 20€.
