Rooms are available from 2.30 pm. If you are going to arrive after 8pm please let us know. Rooms must be vacated by 10.30. Thank you.

In November and March, maintenance work may take place on the Rittner Seilbahn, and a replacement bus service will be provided.

From 1 January 2022, we use a dynamic pricing system.

The local tax is €3.50 per person per day (children under 14 years of age are exempt from paying local tax).

Four-legged friends are welcomed upon request, however, access to the wellness area and restaurant is not permitted to them.

Our guests are the best you could wish for: always in a good mood, open-minded and relaxed. And given that many of you holiday at the Gloriette not just once but several times a year, we have introduced our loyalty bonus:
3% as of your second stay, 5% as of your third, 7% as of your sixth and for your 10th stay there's a Kitchen Choice menu thrown in! Valid for bookings made for 3 nights or more

Cancellations can be made at no charge up to four weeks before arrival. Up to two weeks before arrival 30% of the total price must be accounted for. Anything less than two weeks before anticipated arrival 80% of the total price must be accounted for. For a cancellation on the day of arrival, late arrival or early departure, the total amount will be charged.

Refunded deposits will be reduced by a processing fee of 20€.
